What is the difference between the “Pick-up” and “Drop-off” delivery options?

Pick-up Option: Customer picks up the book from a pre-determined public location. (See order form for available locations).

Drop-off Option: The book will be dropped off to an address requested by the customer (See order form for townships where this option is available).

What methods of payment are accepted?

Currently, eTransfer or cash payments are accepted.

Receipts available upon request.

If I choose the “Canada Post Delivery” option, who pays for shipping fees?

The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the cost of the book. Once the eTransfer has been accepted, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number within 2 business days.
